Mouse-over Text Effect:

1.  Highlight the text that you want to animate.  On the Insert menu, select Hyperlink and type the hyperlink address in the URL or Address box. Click OK.

2.  While the text is highlighted, go to the Format menu, click Dynamic HTML Effects.  The DHTML Effects toolbar is displayed.  For FrontPage 2003, go to View > Toolbars > DHTML Effects.

3.  In the On box, click the down arrow, and then select Mouse over. 

4.  In the Apply box, select Formatting.

5.  In the Choose Settings box, select Choose Font.  The Font dialog is displayed.  You can change the font color, size, etc.

Mouse-over Button Effect:

1.  Click the button that you want to animate.  (You can download the following graphics for practice. Right click the graphic and select "Save Picture As".  Save the graphics on your desktop)

2.  On the Insert menu, select Hyperlink and type the hyperlink address in the URL box.

3.  While the button is selected, go to the Format menu, click Dynamic HTML Effects.  The DHTML Effects toolbar is displayed.  For FrontPage 2003, go to View > Toolbars > DHTML Effects.

4.  In the On box, click the down arrow, and then select Mouse over.

5.  In the Apply box, select Swap Picture.

6.  In the Choose Settings box, select Choose Picture.  The Picture dialog is displayed

7.  Select a graphic in the Picture dialog.
