Watermark Background Pictures

You can set a background picture to be a watermark, which means the picture that does not scroll as the page scrolls.

If your web page uses a theme, you can't set a background picture for your web page because the theme controls all background properties.

1. Right-click your web page, and then select Page Properties on the shortcut menu.
2. Click the Background tab.  For FrontPage 2003, click the Formatting tab.
3. Select a background picture, and then click the Watermark check box.
