In providing computer and network connection Services, Speedhost.Net, its employees and agents, do not warrant that the Services will be available on a
specified date or time or that the Network will have the capacity to meet the
demand of Customer during specific hours. Neither Speedhost.net nor its Network
Services Suppliers will be liable for any damage that Customer may suffer arising
out of use, or inability to use, the services or products provided hereunder.
Neither Speedhost.Net nor its Network Services Suppliers will be liable for
unauthorized access to Customer's transmission facilities or premise equipment
or for unauthorized access to or alteration, theft or destruction of Customer's
data files, programs, procedures or information through accident, fraudulent
means or devices, or any other method, regardless of whether such damage occurs as a result of
Speedhost.Net or its Network Service Suppliers' negligence.
IN NO EVENT WILL Speedhost.net OR ITS NETWORK SERVICES SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, OR FOR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF Speedhost.net OR ITS OTHER SUPPLIERS SERVICES TO ACCESS THE NETWORK.
Any type of harassment, mass mailing, any kind of offensive content through e-mail will
result in termination of account following the incident. The same applies for unrequested
e-mail (if a receiver asks to not receive any e-mail from sender, sender must stop sending
mail to that person). Other unacceptable usage includes but is not limited to: Chain letters,
Fake Mail notes, Mail bombing, etc.
SpeedHost.net equipment cannot and will not be used for any kind of illegal software distribution.
Any type of copyrighted material transferring (whether by FTP, HTTP, DCC, or any kind of protocol)
that goes through SpeedHost.net will result in immediate account termination. This includes and it's not
limited to any kind of "Warez", hacking material (including documents on how to hack), serial number collections, etc. Programs like
FXP, BNC, IRC, MUH
can not be used with SpeedHost.net either. Commercial adult websites material will
not be accepted. Speedhost.net network services may not be used for any
purpose that may be considered illegal where it is viewed, stored, or
created.
We want SpeedHost.net to be the most decent system out there, but we can only do it if
you behave well. Any conduct deemed inappropriate by SpeedHost.net personnel will be punishable at the employees criteria.
All the accounts are continuously verified for good content and appropriate use. You will initially receive a warning, and
if the conduct continues, you will be expelled from the system with no refunds.
SpeedHost.net offers "Unlimited Bandwidth" which is in many ways a
fictitious term.
What it means, is that you will not have a bandwidth limit (like other providers) in which your page will stop working
because you have exceeded. However it does not mean your site can consume all the bandwidth available. We all know
that $20 dollars a month does not cover the expenses of running a business like this, so we all have to share the
bandwidth with other users in the system. Indeed, you'll find you can get more than enough, but if your site becomes
greedy and other customers become affected, you will be kindly asked to reduce the traffic.
SpeedHost.net is a private system, and it is completely controlled by the administrators.
What is appropriate and inappropriate will be deemed by the administrators, and they have the last word in the decisions
